Great staff and office manager is the best… Rosa, Sofia, Monica, Cindy, Selina, Dr. Das. And DR Mandy are by far so awsome.You have questions they have answers.
All can say is Thank you! I was greeted by Rosa, she was helpful and had all my paper ready to go. Soon after I was taken by the assistant Selene, for some xrays which went super smoothly. Dr Kaur did my exam and explained my treatment options and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend this office!
Alora dentistry is not only a reputable dentistry, but they have excellent customer service. They treat there patients like family and make going to the dentist a breeze. They explained everything very well and gave me tips on how to keep better dental care on a daily basis.

From the minute I walked in the door Rosa at the front desk made me feel so welcomed. She helped my with all of the insurance process & made me feel at ease. She was a pleasure to work with. The Doctors are wonderful, as all of the girls in the office. I made the right call going to Alora Dentistry
Just switched over to Alora Dentistry. My husband and I were not happy with our prior dentist office as the staff were rude and constantly overcharging us for mistakes in inputting insurance information. I was greeted by Rosa at the front desk who was very friendly and understanding of our reasons for switching dental offices. She took special care in looking up our policy and ensuring that we were getting the maximum benefits that our insurance provides. She’s was very well versed in insurance protocol and explained everything thoroughly. She worked with me to help us get the dental work lined up that we have been putting off. My dental hygienist Cindy was equally friendly and personal with me. She’s was gentle with my cleaning and had great bed side manners. The dentist was professional and didn’t seem to be pushing any unnecessary dental work which I have felt other dentists have done in the past. We are very pleased with our new Dentist Office and would recommend Alora to any family or friends in the Napa Valley!
Both of my children go to Alora Pediatric Dentistry and I go to the adult dentist at Alora. Every time we walk in, we are greeted by an amazing staff. We are always treated kindly! The office manager, Rosa, is not only helpful, but she greets each patient with a smile and genuine courtesy! Anytime I have a question or concern, she looks into it and assists me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Alora Dentistry, as the dentists are amazing as well! I have been to many different dentists in the Napa area, and Alora has been the best experience overall!

Most comfortable dentist office I’ve ever been too, pain free and very quick in and out. If anyone has anxiety of the dentist this office will take that all away.
