Super friendly all around! I’m not a person who likes the dentist and for them to be so positive and helpful really made me feel at ease sitting in the chair. I have already made another appointment with them and I’m actually looking forward to going.
The staff is super friendly and It makes for a good experience. Personally I have always dreaded going to dentist, but I have no problem showing up at Alora.
A wonderful experience. Never fun going to the dentist but they make it almost enjoyable, very caring and careful to ensure your comfort and complete understanding of the procedures. Two crowns with no pain at all. Highly recommend.
Dr. Mandy at Alora Dentistry came to my rescue when I had two emergencies. My tooth cracked in half, the root exposed and was causing enormous amounts of pain. I found that a lot of dental offices advertise emergency services, but after calling none could help. They only had regular hours and appointments a week away from when I called. In a last ditch effort I called Alora Dentistry, they offered a phone number to Dr. Mandy and a live chat. I contacted the office with through chat, Dr. Mandy was on the phone with me in less than 10 minutes. She scheduled me for the next day and helped relieve my pain. Turns out the next step was a root canal but that office couldn’t take me until July. The pain came back with a vengeance and Dr. Mandy was on the phone with me again, gave me an appointment and at my request removed the tooth. I no longer have pain and Dr. Mandy will be giving me options to fill the hole after the area heals.
I had a dental emergency over the Memorial Holiday with the Covid lockdown in Napa. Dr. Mandi agreed to see me without ever having met me and knowing I am not a local resident. Pretty amazing in itself. She took care of me immediately, although she had to play receptionist and dentist while taking care of her regular clientele. Great dentist for me. Nice, didn’t rush you out, and very competent. She did not try to sell me procedures I didn’t want and fixed me up as I requested. Highly recommend and very conveniently located in Napa.
Great people! Worked with me on cost and financing my implants and scheduled me the very next day (Sunday) for my first surgery.
As soon as you enter the office. You will be greeted with overwhelming scents and fragrances (mixed plugs ins and possibly office staff perfumes and lotions). For those of the community that has MCS just be aware of that. However, they did a stellar job according to my husband and at the end of the day that is what we are rating here: Their performance. I just hope that they can accommodate people that have MCS in their practice.
Great experience
Very calm/ relaxing atmosphere. Staff was incredibly friendly and thorough, they let you watch Netflix on your own personal screen while you wait too which is a bonus.
Greeted by friendly staff and had excellent service in my cleaning and xrays.
