I was a walk in who came in for a filling that came out. Everyone was super comforting and nice! I came on a Friday and they had donuts ready! 🙂 They got me in and out and made me feel welcomed. The office gave a zen type of feel. I would definitely recommend this office to any one else who is afraid of the dentist or needs an office with a comforting atmosphere.
Always excellent work and care. Dr. Lee is amazing and I will never let anyone else touch my teeth. This office has very lovely decor and accommodations and makes a patient feel comfortable. I highly recommend Ora Dental for all your comprehensive dental needs.
The moment I walked in I was greet by the very sweet front office staff. The experience was comfortable, 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.
I think I chosen the right location to get my mouth worked on. I came in and it felt like home except with the sent of mouth wash. I got checked in and shortly called to the back. The dentist really handled my mouth with care . I will definitely be recommending my friends
The front desk staff is so friendly especially Irene Lopez she is so polite welcoming and comforting since I’m a nervouse person when I go to the dentist it’s nice to see a warm smile when I come in and be treated with alot of care!!! Respectful. Patient. Kind. Professional. Ora Dentistry was the nearest dentist to me when they opened in Elk Grove so I figured I’d give them a chance. I am very glad that I did. The staff are always professional, kind, and personable, and they take the time to get to know you. Both Dr. Dalla and Dr. Lee are adept, smart, and hold the interests of the patient above their own gain, even when it could easily bring in additional money to try and upsell procedures. They care about the profession, not the profit, and I’m glad that they are my dentists. Highly recommended for everything from your typical cleaning and x-rays, to crowns and more. Thank you, Ora!
