I was referred by a friend who had great experiences at Ora Dentistry, and it was absolutely worth the drive from San Jose to Elk Grove. I had a front root canal tooth done many years ago, but it had become loose, so I made an emergency call hoping they could help. They got me in first thing at 9 a.m. Dr. Dalla was incredible. He explained my options clearly: try to save the tooth with a new post and crown (though it might only last 6 months to 2 years), or proceed with an extraction and immediate implant. I chose the implant, and he started the procedure right away. He even performed gum grafting since it was my front tooth. I left the office feeling like nothing major had even been done — just biting on gauze during my drive home. Later that night, a friend told me her gum grafting (done by a periodontist) was very painful, so I was nervous. I took a pain pill before bed just in case. But the next morning, I woke up, went to work, and had ZERO pain — not from the implant, not from the tissue grafting. I didn’t even need a single pain medication all day. Absolutely amazing! I am so grateful for Dr. Dalla’s skill, gentle technique, and the entire team’s kindness. I would 100% trust my smile in his hands again. Ora Dentistry truly deserves all five stars!
I had a terrible experience with dentist in the past. They always seemed more concerned about making money and less concerned about helping patients. At least that was my experience. I had been using a plate for years but it was nearing the end of its service life. It had broken in one section and I was having agonizing pain. Just debilitating pain really. I met with the staff at Ora Dental. The technicians were pleasant moving me quickly from my intake to X-ray and then to the consultation. When I met with the doctor he told me the truth: It was time to permanently fix my teeth before the infection spread into the bone. They didn’t try to over sell me or give me a reason to distrust them. They told me the truth. I worked with Carson to get my deal inked, and in less than a week I was scheduled for surgery. Post surgery is when Ora Dental shined for me. My technician was Rocio Espino whose title is EF2. She was awesome to me! Helped me out with some small issues I had with my temporary teeth and was with me when I got my final set put in. Between Carson and Rocio and the rest of the staff I highly recommend them

Excellent care
I am not one to give a review on anything, even if the product or service was better than expected, it’s just not my thing. But I do want to give my honest review about Dr. Dalla, his office, and his employees, (the ones I’ve interacted with at least). I have had problems with my teeth since I was young. I had neglected them and pretended they were fine for years. I eventually lost a few teeth, had multiple root canals, and even pulled a few teeth by myself. I got pretty good at faking it with partial dentures and multiple crowns. No one could tell how bad they really were. But it slowly got worse. I broke a few crowns, had a tooth fall out while eating with friends, and had to cut all my food up like a child. And for the past 4 years, I was literally super gluing my crowns back on. It became beyond embarrassing… I started doing research on implants and dentures and every oral surgery available. And after months of searching, I finally decided to give up and have all my (the remainder of them) teeth pulled out and replaced with permanent dentures. The idea of old school dentures was never an option for me. But this new concept of permanent dentures that Dr.Dalla and his team have perfected was fascinating to me. Walk in, have all your teeth pulled out, and walk out with a new beautiful smile in 4 hours! Are you kidding me? So I called the office and and spoke to an amazing team member who helped me get the process started. Well today is one month after my surgery and I couldn’t be happier. The actual procedure was painless and far less complicated than I imagined. Yes the first few days were not easy, and my face was a little swollen, but it was so worth it. Dr. Dalla is a real life super hero in my book. He literally can change your life overnight. He is very pleasant to talk to, very helpful and non-judgmental. I would like to personally thank the 2 team members that helped me through the process. Taylor and Lisa are absolutely fantastic and helped me with every question I had.. These guys with Ora4x deserve 10 stars.
