I love this place, I’ve been guilty of not taking care of my teeth over the years and visiting dentists which I dread. They are all very friendly and welcoming, they even were able to squeeze me in for appointment today since I’ve been having horrible tooth pain. I thank the staff for excellent service.
I have been a patient of Ora Dentistry since 2018 and am so happy that I found them via my local neighborhood shopper advertisement. When I saw their ad for affordable dental implants I thought “this seems too good to be true.” Well, it wasn’t and boy am I glad that I found Ora. Dr. Dalla and his staff took excellent care of me. From using the most state of the art equipment, to having a super modern & chic office, to having a super friendly reception staff, nursing staff, billing staff, and hygienist staff, Ora Dentistry set the bar super high for their competition. Back to the implants: I got two implants for molars that had to be removed, both on the same lower left side. Ora does things the right way. It will take many months for the process to be complete but that is because Ora wants your implants to be successful and to not have complications. My implants came out looking just like my regular teeth; however, the first time the molars were a little too high and food was getting caught underneath. While many places might’ve said “sorry, you’ll just have to live with them and get used to it,” not Ora! Dr. Dalla was more than happy to get the molar abutments adjusted (at no cost to me) and the second fitting was much better. I still get some food underneath but that’s just part of having implants. Later, I found myself unemployed for a little more than a year. Ora Dentistry took care of me even without dental insurance. They charged me a lower price for my dental cleanings and visits. Talk about a practice that cares about their patients and wants what is best for them! My loyalty to Ora Dentistry was forever cemented by their kindness and care. Fast forward to this post date. I found myself needing Ora Dentistry for sudden pain in an upper left tooth with gum swelling. The staff acted quickly to get me seen the same day and this time I met with Dr. Le. After a thorough examination Dr. Le notified me that there was a high chance of a root fracture (on a tooth that had already had a root canal 10 years ago) and that I might want to consider extracting the tooth and doing another implant. She also gave me a referral to an Endodontist in case there was a chance I might be able to save the tooth. It was the day before my Endo appointment and the pain in the tooth was pretty bad, so I knew that it was likely going to be bad news if I kept the appointment. Again, Ora Dentistry to the rescue! The awesome staff got me in for an extraction & bone grafting appointment the same day that I called and now I am in the process of getting another implant months from now (I’m currently waiting for my bone grafting to heal the appropriate time). I can’t say enough good things about this office, their high level of customer service, and their value. If you’re looking for a new dental office, look no further. I’m pretty big on sustainable practices and Ora’s ‘green healthcare’ drove me to opt for them for a dead tooth extraction and implant. But it Dr. Devan’s exceptional expertise that had me more impressed! What a professional set-up and they are actually true to their sustainable practices. Special mention of Sierra for making my visits very comfortable.
I love this clinic, because they have excelente, costumer service always nice attitude very professional work, nice and clean They did 2 molar crowns job. Im happy with the job they have done. Of course I’ll comeback at the next apartment. Im thankful for the work and patience with me. (By the way I love the play list of music they play.)
Had a root canal today and it really didn’t hurt at all. The team was awesome and I definitely recommend them!
I was in Elk Grove to visit my Children. While having dinner one night I started feeling severe pain in a tooth. We took an appointment and went to Ora Implant Studio. The first impression was really good. Nicely made and pleasing to the eye. We got in at our time slot. The doctor was really knowledgeable and sounded like he knew what he was saying. We were explained everything and I went ahead with an implant. It sounded scary. But I must say it was a really good job done. I would recommend this place to everyone. The doctor and the team are really good. Economical too. Infact I did not do much survey of the cost before the procedure but did it later and found that it was fairly priced.
Best dentist I ever been to! Dr Simran is super nice, gentle, informative, not judgmental, and always makes me feel welcomed. Highly recommend this group!
Just came In here today to have a tooth extraction with bone grafting performed and I have to say it was one of most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at the dentist! Very thoughtful and thorough I will definitely be returning to have my work done here. They were recommended to me and would do the same thank you for the amazing professional service! Definitely an amazing addition to the Galt community we should welcome them with open arms.
Lovely staff and facility. I was blindsided by a panic attack and the doctor and staff were so kind and non judgmental and helped me through it. I was embarrassed but they were so accommodating and adjusted their approach to help me feel more comfortable. An absolute asset to Galt and I will recommend to all.
