I recently enrolled in a new dental insurance plan, which required choosing a new dentist in their approved network. At age 80, I am old enough to have endured the “belt-driven” drill that ran at 5% of today’s high speed drills. But, going to the dentist still involves letting a total stranger put a live drill in your mouth, so I am perpetually cautious. But, I couldn’t be happier with this team. Brenda/Vannessa/Vicki are professional, calm, and reassuring. They work so well together I consider them to share one combined name. Dr. Cheema is deftly brilliant, and her dental assistant Heidi is the most compassionate person in the history of medical health. Relentlessly focused, and anticipating each step in the procedure, she and Dr. Cheema never miss a beat, as if they had been working together for years, not months. If you think I’m exaggerating, you would be mistaken. Not only am I the World’s Foremost Authority, just two weeks ago I had the first pain-free treatment involving a drill (a crown prep) that I’ve ever had. Without anesthesia!!! I’m talking about miracle medicine, here, kids! My only reprimand is for you, Dr. Management. Of the 5 pheonomenal professionals I have described, not a single one of them is pictured on your website! And the most recent referral is 32 months ago! Shame on you! The greatest assets to your enterprise are not visible to the inquiring patient to be. I trust you will remedy this glaring error as soon as possible. Otherwise, at my next appointment, I will summon you to a treatment room, hand you your sunglasses, and you and I will have a serious conversation. Thank you in advance for your cooperation, and please do everything you can to retain this unsurpassed group of health professionals. Shower them with flowers, vegan, sugar-free cakes and constant compliments and expressions of appreciation, pausing only at the first sign of their blushing. Andy did a great job for my cleaning. Very thorough and as a former dental hygienist I can tell you he’s outstanding. The dentist was very professional, and knowledgeable.The front desk was very helpful with my very sleepy self
I gave Alora Dentistry a try and it was the best decision I had ever made. I struggle with Anxiety and Dr.Cheema helped me get over my fear of coming to the dentist. She is always gentle and very reassuring. She explains to you what and why things need to be done. I truly appreciate Dr.Cheema and RDA .Hayde for being the kindest Doctors!
I have a fear of going to the dentist. DNTL Hub was wonderful every step of the way. From my first visit to the final fitting of my implant and cleaning everyone was kind, considerate and professional. The friendly front office always greets me with a smile and the dentists and hygienists are very caring, always making sure I know what is happening and that I am comfortable. Highly recommend them!
