I love everyone there! Been coming here for over a few years! First DR. to figure out that I’m a teeth grinder. She’s really good and knows what she’s doing! They are super quick here! I have no negatives. I continue to come every six months for my dental cleaning. I’m willing to drive from another city to come to this location.
I drove 1.5 hours to go to this dental office. everyone is awesome. They must have at least 15 employees working on any given day. If that doesn’t tell you how awesome they are nothing will. Not to mention they saved me money.
Disconnect in communication of procedure and billing. When an appointment is made, the procedures should be reviewed to insure that they are followed. My original appointment for extraction was changed for an impression of tooth to be replaced. Also I was not informed how much I would have to pay up front or for certain procedures before I arrived. I did receive an overall bill but was not told I had to pay a certain amount at my appointment. I would like to be informed and not have any surprises when I arrive.
Beautiful office, very busy but was seen on time. Professional staff who really listen to your needs and concerns. Price for implant and tooth lower than other places I had consultations with. I am really excited now to get the process of an implant started.
