From getting me in on an urgent request, to the great customer service at the reception desk – Dr. Dalla and his team were incredible in allowing me to get seen quickly and seamlessly! I came in for a second opinion on a tooth and surprisingly was able to get the tooth extracted and implant installed all within less than 2 hours. Dentist and all staff were great.
Found them on a Friday night when a crown came off after my DDS was closed, they took me in on a Saturday and took care of me. Recently was getting gas and noticed my took was cracked, I called my DDS, they didn’t answer so I left a message. After waiting 20 minutes and hearing nothing from DDS I drove across the street to Ora, they took me in and took care of me. My DDS called today and asked what my emergency was, I told them I was taken care of and canceled all future appointments with them Ora is now my Dentist.

I had a great experience at Ora Dentistry in Elk Grove, CA. I went in to have my bottom molar removed, and I was nervous at first, but the whole process was smooth and completely painless. Lisa Le, DMD, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and the staff was super kind, helpful, and professional. They explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease from start to finish. I’m really thankful for their care and would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work!
Top notch! SUPER IMPRESSIVE SPACE WITH ALL THE NEWEST TECHNOLOGY AND GADGETS and it is SPOTLESS!! I had a dental emergency and they got me in right away which was nice, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the dentist ( owner) that did my work….WOW!!! That guy was super fast and definately no nonsense.He did a great job and had me in and out in a flash,although I wish he was a bit gentler and had a little friendlier bedside manner (as many of us are a bit scared of the dentist) and was a bit intimidating.Pricing was fair and they offer payment plans for the bigger stuff which is great.Overall I’m very happy with them, but the next time I go in I will be bringing that very serious Dr. a whoopy cushion for a gift.
